EDUCATION:
Must be enrolled as a York student.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous work experience may be considered. Demonstrated interest in student success and supporting fellow students. Practical experience coordinating the activities of others, preferably student volunteers. Public relations, event planning experience is an asset.
SKILLS:
Ability to build rapport and apply active listening skills.
Demonstrated commitment to the team and student volunteers - shows initiative, gives feedback, asks questions, and has a positive attitude.
Ability to demonstrate responsible, ethical and professional conduct.
