- CENTRAL START-UP (CST) TOOL INSTALL ENGINEERFocus on supporting the installation of manufacturing equipment and tools by conducting site assessments, preparing installation plans, and coordinating timelines with internal teams. You will work on projects such as surveying construction sites to identify optimization opportunities, developing improvement proposals, and presenting findings through reports or visual presentations. Oversee construction activities, assist with forecasting, reporting, and work planning, troubleshoot commissioning challenges, resolve field issues, and respond to RFIs to ensure seamless project execution and optimal system performance.
- CIVIL STRUCTURAL ARCHITECTURAL (CSA) ENGINEERCollaborate with TSMC construction teams and crews to oversee concrete, steel structures, and architectural finishes. Monitor key construction activities, support forecasting and reporting and work planning activities, troubleshoot construction hold-ups and field issues, and respond to RFIs to ensure smooth project execution.
