KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Conduct data analysis to support ongoing and new engineering projects.
• Develop technical reports, process documentation, and relevant engineering records.
• Assist engineers in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving project-related challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation and testing of process improvements.
