ABOUT THE ROLE

The Laser Engraving Associate will be responsible for templating memorial bands
using Adobe Illustrator and maintaining high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate
will be a Veteran or First Responder, or a family member/friend of one. They should be
detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will
contribute to our mission by producing memorial tributes with precision and care while upholding
our core values and commitment to excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Use Adobe Illustrator to create engraving templates (some experience in Adobe
Illustrator)
? Follow engraving templates and brand guidelines for accuracy and consistency
? Fulfill orders by packing products and preparing products for shipment
? Maintain productivity quotas while upholding quality standards
? Inspect engraved products for defects and report machine malfunctions
? Coordinate with Customer Service and Fulfillment teams
? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
? Other duties as assigned
