Odyssey House NSW’s trauma-informed services set us apart as a leader in the support service space for alcohol and other drugs dependency. Our teams help clients to meet their goals and address underlying trauma and mental health issues, while also developing new skills to improve all aspects of their lives.
We provide a diverse range of services to individuals, families and community education. Our services include withdrawal services; one-on-one assessment and treatment by psychologists and counsellors; group therapy; residential rehabilitation; and free education at Odyssey College.

DESCRIPTION:
Odyssey NSW is a leading provider of Alcohol and Other Drugs treatment and support in NSW and our Community Programs provide a holistic range of strengths based and recovery-oriented supports to those seeking hope and change in their lives, including Aboriginal specific and parenting programs
The Community Programs department is spread across Greater Sydney and the Southern Highlands and alongside our Multicultural, Residential, Parent’s and Children’s, and Medical programs.
Odyssey NSW is seeking an innovative and experienced individual to work as part of a team delivering individual and group treatment as well as care coordination and wrap around support to individuals and families affected by AOD. The AOD Treatment Worker’s primary focus is to assist individuals and families dealing with AOD issues and to address the impact of AOD on their relationships.
Case Worker- Family and Friends works within the Families, Carers, and Friends Program to provide specialised support to those people and communities affected by another’s alcohol and other drug (AOD) use. The Case Worker will primarily deliver individual (counselling, case management, information and referral) and group support within the Program guidelines.
