Make a real difference as a Case Worker, helping children stay safe and families thrive through intensive, family-centred support. This is a 12-month max term contract. About The Role: As a Case Worker in the Families Together program, you'll support families experiencing complex challenges to create safer, stronger futures for their children. You will work across Southeast Sydney, the Inner West and the Sutherland Shire, providing intensive, child-centred, strengths-based support through regular home visits. Using culturally responsive and trauma-informed practice, you'll build trusted relationships, complete strengths-based assessments, develop family-led plans, and coordinate practical, community and therapeutic supports. Working alongside families and partner services, you'll help reduce risk, strengthen resilience, and improve safety and wellbeing so children and young people can remain safely connected with their families. You'll also enjoy flexible work arrangements, a collaborative team, and ongoing professional development.
