Location: ACS Rose Barracks, Building 322, Vilseck, Bavaria, Germany Worksite: On-site Position: full-time Duties: Maintain records and files per FAP SOP and ACS standards. Answer and log phone calls and voice messages. Update FAP administrators on daily tasks. Develop timelines for documents and correspondence. Handle correspondence like clearance requests, meeting minutes, and reports. Compile data from all FAP components into a single Excel database. Maintain and update a library of FAP references. Assist with marketing FAP classes and briefs. Requirements: Fluent in English, with a high school or college diploma. Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet, and email. 18 months managing files in an Army setting or 1 year in an office. Complete AT Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, and IA training within specified timelines Attend post-award conferences and progress meetings
