Description Willamette Family is looking for someone to fill the role of Family Advocate. Family Advocates serve as a part of a wraparound service for families in services with Willamette Family. The Family Service Program utilizes a Strength-Needs-based approach that fully engages each client in the determination of their needs, development of specific case plans and services, and in their implementation to achieve successful outcomes. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field: Equivalent is based on the following: CADC I, QMHA qualified with 3 years experience, Associates Degree, with 3 years experience.
