Even though we work from our homes across Oregon we make connections that lead to friendships. The Opportunity: GOBHI has an immediate opening for a full time, Kinship Family Navigator Specialist. This is a work from home position that can be located the state of Oregon region or accepted radius and is grant funded. The Kinship Navigator Specialist provides exceptional support to Kinship Caregivers in navigating the Oregon System of Care for children. Assist in identifying needs, providing referrals, providing emotional support and guidance and connecting kinship families with community resources. Requirements The Position Requirements: Current or previous lived experience as a grandparent or other Kinship Caregiver raising a relative child 18 years or younger. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Computer skills with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
