You’ll play a vital role in improving family relationships, reducing distress, and creating a safe and supportive environment that empowers young people through their recovery journey.

• Deliver high-quality family therapy aimed at repairing and strengthening family relationships.
• Work with various family structures, such as parents and young people, whole families, or parent-focused interventions.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
• Support families while ensuring the young person remains the primary focus of care.
• Address family relationship ruptures, manage family dynamics, and encourage effective coping strategies.
• Assist families in understanding and addressing their concerns while promoting healthy communication
