QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission into, and good standing with, the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
• Proven experience in family law and/or civil litigation.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a law office setting is preferred.
