As a Family Engagement Manager, you will manage Pact’s Family engagement casework with prisoners within the prison and, you will organise Family Days periodically.
In addition, you will provide occasional assistance in the other roles within the Visits Centre such as booking in visitors, supporting families & their children to ensure they have a positive visits experience.
