Catholic Social Services is currently seeking two contract full-time, 40 hours per week, Family Enrichment Worker in EDMONTON to join our Collaborative Service Delivery team. Providing excellent client-centered care, you are confident, thoughtful, and motivated to achieve success when supporting others in your community!
This contract will end on March 31, 2026.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position requires workers to engage families through early intervention and family driven practice. A key component of this position is supporting children and families to connect with resources and organizing service delivery with stakeholders. You will be determining family needs through assessments and creating service plans in collaboration with families. When leading innovative service delivery, your strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills will be an asset. Through motivation, compassion, and organization, you will support families through empowerment.
