At-Risk Family Strategy & Data-Informed Interventions · Collaborate with management to develop targeted engagement strategies for at-risk families, using insights from NPS data, attendance patterns, and family intake assessments. · Oversee the implementation of high-impact support services and personalized follow-up protocols to reduce barriers and increase access to care. · Lead quarterly cross-functional reviews of family risk indicators to refine intervention strategies and inform systems-level adjustments. Onboarding, Orientation & Family Experience Design · Co-design and implement scalable, high-touch onboarding experiences that ensure a smooth and supportive transition from inquiry to first day of care. · Ensure families are fully prepared with all necessary documentation, orientation resources, and personalized support throughout the onboarding timeline. · Train school-based staff and new enrollment specialists on onboarding tools, standards, and communication best practices to ensure consistency and quality across locations. Retention Leadership & Hyper-Care Programming · Lead proactive retention strategies focused on key family lifecycle milestones (e.g., 30/60/90-day outreach, seasonal transitions). · Serve as an escalation point for families facing complex challenges, working cross-functionally to resolve concerns and improve satisfaction. · Collaborate with school and operations teams to design and execute ongoing engagement efforts, such as virtual family events, milestone celebrations, and culturally responsive programming. · Track and analyze family satisfaction metrics, leveraging feedback to continuously improve retention efforts and inform leadership reporting.   Qualifications * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Communications, or a related field or 5+ years equivalent work experience.   * Some travel may be required based on business needs * 2+ years of experience in enrollment, outreach, customer success, or family engagement (preferably in a childcare setting)  * Experience with digital tools and platforms (email marketing, CCM Systems, CRM systems)  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism  * Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)    Key Attributes:  * Digitally savvy and comfortable managing remote communication and virtual promotion  * Highly organized and detail-oriented  * Passionate about early education access and family-centered service
