In alignment with and support of the Department’s temple ordinance-ready name (ORN) strategy, and in coordination with other stakeholders, the Family History Department Quality Assurance (QA) team:  * Defines, communicates, and measures quality frameworks, standards, and metrics  * Recommends and manages process and resource changes in support of quality objectives    The manager of the QA team will lead these initiatives.  Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work. Responsibilities
