Description

The team is seeking to recruit a fixed term full time Family Hub Data Officer until March 2026.
Situated within Children’s Services (Early Years and Childcare) the postholder will contribute to the further development of Family Hubs networks in Greenwich. They will lead the delivery of the statutory data requirements of the Family Hubs Grant Programme, supporting its data collection, analysis and reporting. This will involve interfacing across the directorate, council and wider partnership to gather key data on a quarterly basis.
Have you worked on data collection or performance in Children’s Services, and would you like to try an exciting and varied role which will enhance your skills and experience? If so, the Family Hub Data Officer may be the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering quarterly data reports and local dashboard.
  • Supporting surveys with families, young people and children.
  • Producing a monthly highlight report on progress and attending the Family Hubs Board representing data and performance management activities.
  • Coordinating a multiagency reference group to source and produce quarterly data for reports.
  • Develop relationships and trust with multiagency partners and data holders and gain their agreement to share the non-statutory data required on a regular basis.
Please note much of this role has already been established – the postholder, with support and onboarding will continue to undertake existing procedures and then further develop and improve them.
Any roles which involve working with children, young people or vulnerable adults, or roles in which the duties will involve access to sensitive information relating to children, young people or vulnerable adults, the Royal Borough will take up references prior to interview. You should provide details of referees including your current and previous employers, covering the last 5 years
