OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Solicitor with experience in Family & Immigration law, who will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in all areas of Family & Immigration law.

• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of family law matters and
• Experience in providing legal advice and representation in immigration matters, including visa applications, appeals, and asylum cases.

EXPERIENCE

• Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate and experience in family law & Immigration.
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with IT systems relevant to legal practice is highly desirable.
• A compassionate approach towards clients facing emotional challenges during legal proceedings is crucial.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in family law and Immigration matters.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely progression of cases while maintaining high standards of client care.
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, agreements, and court submissions with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials to facilitate smooth case management.
• Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to reach amicable resolutions where possible.
• Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and best practices to provide informed advice.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilise IT systems for case management, documentation, and communication purposes efficiently.
