Warwickshire Family Information Service (FIS) provides information, guidance and signposting about a wide range of subjects for families and professionals working with families in Warwickshire.
As an integral part of the Early Support Service in Warwickshire we work closely with families and key stakeholders to ensure families receive the information and support they need at the earliest possible opportunity. This includes managing a confidential helpline service, visiting community outreach venues and supporting and expanding the team’s knowledge of the Warwickshire localities.
Whilst working as part our FIS Officer team, your week will be split between supporting families on our helpline and visiting community venues. Our office base is in Warwick, and our outreach offer is countywide.
