Job Details Job Location: Whitehall, OH Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $19.08 - $24.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: 40 - 50% Description The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Family Interaction Specialist to join our Shared Services department. The Family Interaction Specialist provides comprehensive service coordination and connects children and families to essential community resources. With expertise in parenting education from infancy through young adulthood, this role supports families by facilitating enhanced visitation for children in kinship or foster care, helping maintain strong connections with their parents and communities. The specialist also delivers individualized and group-based supervision, behavioral interventions, and leadership to promote a trauma informed, supportive treatment environment. Through compassionate and evidence-based practices, the Family Interaction Specialist plays a vital role in fostering positive outcomes and long-term stability for children and families.
