FAMILY LAW ASSOCIATE POSITION

We are looking for talented lawyers with 1 to 4 years of call who are interested in practising family law in a dynamic and supportive environment. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral advocacy abilities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Passion for mastering family law litigation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution
  • Willingness to learn complex areas such as corporate law, tax, real estate, trusts, and parenting social science
  • Committed to professionalism, respect, and being a positive contributor to the firm culture
  • Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

  • While we offer a hybrid work environment, new hires are expected to work primarily in person for the first 12 months.
  • You will assist on files while also managing your own cases, with comprehensive mentoring and practice support.
  • Opportunities to engage in speaking, writing, and volunteer initiatives.
