We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Family Law Paralegal or Legal Assistant with U.S. law experience to assist one of our esteemed clients in their family law practice. This remote position is ideal for individuals who have a solid understanding of family law and are comfortable managing various tasks to support attorneys in providing excellent legal service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including petitions, motions, and discovery requests. Manage case files and maintain organized documentation for ongoing family law cases. Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case status. Research legal regulations and precedents relevant to family law matters. File documents with the court electronically and ensure compliance with legal protocols. Provide administrative support to attorneys and assist in trial preparation as needed. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, specifically in family law. Strong understanding of U.S. family law procedures and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
