POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Family Law Paralegal to support one attorney. This role involves a variety of responsibilities in a busy practice, including drafting legal documents, client interaction, and maintaining accurate records. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Draft pleadings, motions, settlement conference statements, trial statements, and child support documents. * Perform redaction of sensitive information in legal documents. * Interact professionally with clients, providing support and communication as needed. * Maintain organized and accurate case files and records. * Collaborate closely with the attorney and legal assistant to ensure smooth case management. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS * Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient in drafting legal documents with a focus on accuracy and quality. * Comfortable managing and maintaining detailed records. * Ability to interact effectively and professionally with a diverse client base. * Previous experience in family law is preferred but not required.
