The firm operates on a fully remote model with dedicated infrastructure supporting attorneys across administrative, billing, and marketing functions. The firm has grown significantly in recent years and is focused on adding experienced attorneys who are looking for a long-term, collaborative environment. Role Overview Seeking an experienced Family Law Partner to manage complex, high-net-worth matters involving significant financial assets, business ownership, and non-traditional assets such as cryptocurrency. This role is suited for a senior attorney with strong litigation experience and an established book of business who values autonomy and operational support. Key Responsibilities Manage complex family law cases from intake through resolution Represent high-net-worth clients in divorce, custody, and support matters Handle sophisticated asset division, including businesses and alternative assets Lead litigation strategy, including court appearances and trials Draft motions, declarations, and settlement agreements Maintain and grow a portable book of business Required Qualifications 10+ years of California family law experience Active California Bar membership Experience with high-net-worth and complex asset cases Strong litigation and trial experience Demonstrated client origination and book of business (~$500K+) Strong legal writing skills Preferred Qualifications Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) Membership in AAML or similar organizations Experience in Marin County / Bay Area Experience with business valuation or crypto-related matters What the Firm Offers Fully remote structure with strong operational support No administrative or collections burden Marketing and business development support Transparent path to equity partnership Collaborative, team-oriented culture
