A leading law firm with offices across the UK is seeking a Family Associate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Liverpool-based Family team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to handle a diverse caseload of privately funded family law matters within a supportive, dynamic, and Legal 500/Chambers-recognised team.
You will join a close-knit group of specialists who advise clients nationally and internationally on high-value and complex family law issues, including divorce, financial remedies, children matters, and nuptial agreements. The firm has an excellent reputation for providing a first-class service and achieving outstanding results for its clients.

• Managing a broad caseload of family law matters, including:
• High-net-worth divorce and financial remedy work.
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
• Privately funded children cases.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse client base, providing empathetic and practical advice.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Supporting marketing and business development initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of the Family department.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
• Meeting financial performance targets, including time recording, billing, and cash collection.
• Staying up to date with developments in family law, maintaining compliance and CPD requirements.
