Description

We are looking for an experienced Family Law Lawyer for our client located in Brampton. The client is into the service of Attorney.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
· Specialization or certification in family law preferred.
· Proven experience in family law practice.
· Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and precedents.
· Excellent research, legal writing, and negotiation skills.
· Courtroom experience, including trial representation.
· Ability to handle a caseload independently.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
· Effective time management and organizational abilities.
· Compassion and empathy when dealing with clients and sensitive family matters.
Location:Brampton
Working Hours:Flexible (Mon – Fri)
Salary:$60,000 to $90,000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

· Document preparation, review, and filing.
· Court representation, including hearings and trials.
· Negotiation of settlements on behalf of clients.
· Advising on child custody, support, and visitation matters.
· Handling spousal support and property division issues.
· Addressing domestic violence cases and protective orders.
· Assisting clients with adoption processes.
· Conducting legal research and staying updated on family law.
· Upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.
· Clear communication with clients regarding case progress and fees.
