FAMILY LAWYER - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - MOVE TO BC!

Time for a change? Martin Estate and Injury Law, a boutique law firm with two offices in the beautiful Okanagan area of British Columbia, is hiring an experienced family lawyer to practice family law in our Lake Country office. This is an in-office (not remote) position.
It’s easy to transfer your license from Ontario to BC! You do not re-write the bar exam. It is a simple application, and licensing in BC is granted 30 days later pursuant to an interprovincial agreement.
Lake Country is located between Vernon and Kelowna, near the University of British Columbia - Okanagan, in the southern interior of BC. It is only a 4.5 hour drive from Vancouver and a 6 hour drive from Calgary.
Join an established family law team comprised of an intermediate family lawyer, a junior lawyer, an articled student, two paralegals and a dedicated legal assistant. REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Law Society membership in good standing
• Experience in Family Law (this is a mandatory requirement of the position)
• You enjoy Family Law and want to mentor others in the field
