Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Centers in Hammond, Indiana. COMPENSATION Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000 based on experience. HRSA student loan repayment eligible. Health insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage. Dental, vision, life insurance, and malpractice coverage. Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Emphasize preventive medicine and long-term wellness. Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care. Practice within a collaborative, team-based outpatient environment. Supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff, allowing greater focus on patient care. WHY PHYSICIANS ARE APPLYING Flexible scheduling including a 3x12 option. Outpatient-only practice with no hospital responsibilities. Approximately 2-3 patients per hour. Competitive physician compensation up to $270,000. 160 hours of PTO plus 5 personal days and 10 paid holidays. 5 CME days with a $2,500 annual allowance. HRSA student loan repayment eligibility. Reverse commute from Chicago with strong work-life balance. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Eligible for Indiana medical licensure. Current or eligible DEA registration. Commitment to outpatient primary care. Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
