SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our Government Healthcare Group. In this crucial role, you will provide essential healthcare services to a diverse population under governmental healthcare programs, focusing on patient-centered and community-oriented care. Your key responsibilities will include performing comprehensive evaluations, diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions, and implementing preventive care strategies. The role requires a commitment to serving the community and ensuring quality care in a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver primary care services to patients across all age groups within a government healthcare setting. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing evidence-based practice. Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and health assessments. Advise patients on health issues, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and enhance healthcare programs. Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives. Stay current with developments in family medicine and government healthcare policies. Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Family Medicine. Completion of an accredited family medicine residency program. Experience working in government healthcare or community health settings preferred. Strong understanding of public health principles and preventive care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Commitment to serving diverse populations and promoting health equity. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training.
