Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Center in Lake Station, Indiana. COMPENSATION Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000 based on experience. HRSA student loan repayment eligibility. Health insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage. Dental, vision, life insurance, and malpractice coverage. Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Promote preventive care and long-term wellness. Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care. Practice in a collaborative, team-based outpatient environment. Work with experienced clinical and administrative support staff to maximize patient care time. WHY PHYSICIANS ARE APPLYING Predictable weekday outpatient schedule. Approximately 2-3 patients per hour. No hospital responsibilities. Competitive physician compensation up to $270,000. 160 hours of Paid Time Off plus 5 personal days. 10 paid holidays. 5 CME days with a $2,500 annual allowance.
