Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Union Community Care in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive medicine and wellness. Practice within a collaborative care model supported by Advanced Practice Providers, nursing, and administrative staff. Benefit from 32 hours of direct patient care and eight hours of protected administrative time each week. Utilize Athena EMR to support efficient, coordinated patient care. Help improve access to healthcare within a mission-driven community health organization. WHY FAMILY PHYSICIANS ARE APPLYING Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No call responsibilities. 32 clinical hours plus 8 hours of protected administrative time. Three Advanced Practice Providers supporting patient care. Mission-driven outpatient practice. Established Athena EMR. $20,000 sign-on bonus. Student loan repayment up to $75,000. Excellent work-life balance. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $220,000-$230,000. $20,000 sign-on bonus. Health insurance with approximately 90% employer-paid coverage. Dental and vision insurance. 33 days Paid Time Off plus 8 paid holidays. $2,500 CME allowance plus 40 CME hours. 403(b) retirement plan with employer match. Student loan repayment up to $75,000. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licensure. Commitment to providing comprehensive outpatient primary care. Strong communication and collaborative team-based care skills. New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
