Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness services, and acute illness treatment. Build long-term patient relationships within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model. Partner with nursing, behavioral health, and specialty providers to coordinate high-quality patient care. Participate in limited shared call rotation with additional stipend compensation. Practice within an established outpatient clinic supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.
