POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness services, and acute illness treatment. Build long-term patient relationships within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model. Partner with nursing, behavioral health, and specialty providers to coordinate high-quality patient care. Participate in limited shared call rotation with additional stipend compensation. Practice within an established outpatient clinic supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary up to $230,000 based on experience. Health insurance. Dental and vision insurance. Employer-paid life insurance.
