POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Family Medicine role serving patients of all ages • Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving rural Pennsylvania and western New York communities • Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits • Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options available • Opportunity to practice community-focused medicine with strong provider support COMPENSATION • $280,000 for five-day clinic schedule • $250,000 for four-day clinic schedule • Compensation based on experience • Sign-on bonus available • Relocation assistance available SCHEDULE • Four-day or five-day clinic schedule options • No weekend requirement • Optional weekend shifts available • Approximately five phone-call days monthly • Physicians serve as third-string after-hours call coverage ROLE • Provide outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations • Manage preventive care, chronic disease treatment, and acute care visits • Average patient volume of 16–20 patients daily • Opportunity to perform office procedures based on experience and preference • Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR platform ENVIRONMENT • Community-focused FQHC environment • Rural healthcare mission-driven organization • Dedicated 1:1 staffing support • Teaching affiliation with UB Family Medicine Rural 1-2 Track Residency Program • Collaborative outpatient clinical setting BENEFITS • Option for 100% employer-paid medical insurance plan • Dental and vision insurance • Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability • 403(b) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match • NHSC student loan repayment eligibility • 28 PTO days, 2 personal days, 5 CME days, and 7.5 paid holidays • FTCA malpractice coverage provided • CME allowance and approved CME time off • Visa sponsorship available for H1B and J1 candidates • Employee Assistance Program Requirements • MD or DO from accredited medical school REQUIRED • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED • Pennsylvania and/or New York medical license REQUIRED or eligible to obtain • Commitment to patient-centered outpatient care REQUIRED • New graduates welcome Not ready to formally apply?
