Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Lowell Community Health Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for pediatric and adult patients. Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and wellness services across the lifespan. Practice with 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of protected administrative time each week. Maintain a sustainable patient volume averaging 2–3 patients per hour. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health, nursing, pharmacy, and care management teams. Utilize established clinical workflows and electronic medical records to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary of $294,694. Health insurance. Dental and vision insurance. Flexible Spending Account (FSA). 403(b) retirement plan. Up to four weeks Paid Time Off. Ten sick days. Two personal days. Eleven paid holidays. $4,000 annual CME allowance plus up to five paid CME days. Certification reimbursement up to $500 annually. Tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 annually.
