Primary Care Physician Miramar, FL An established, state-of-the-art award-winning patient care facility is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team! The practice offers a great life/work balance while providing quality care to a geriatric patient population. We are seeking a Physician who is experienced in value-based Medicare advantage setting and is looking for long-term outpatient practice. They focus on quality not quantity! The ideal candidate will be Fluent in English/Spanish and Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics. They strive to provide top quality care to their patients through practicing preventive medicine and following the latest published medical guidelines. Responsibilities

The physician will focus on seeing 10 to 15 patients daily, detecting and managing chronic diseases, and developing patient strategies aimed at reducing hospitalization and emergency room visits. They must also collaborate with Case Managers and Specialty Providers while educating patients on compliance.
