POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity focused on providing comprehensive primary care across the lifespan • Join a mission-driven ambulatory organization with established workflows and strong provider support • Structured outpatient model allowing physicians to focus on patient relationships, preventative care, and chronic disease management • Opportunity to practice in one of California’s fastest-growing regions with affordable living and strong long-term stability WHY PHYSICIANS ARE ATTRACTED TO THIS ROLE • Base salary up to $290,000 • Additional provider bonus plan • $5,000 longevity increase added to salary every five years • Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000 • H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available • 100% outpatient practice • Monday through Friday schedule • No inpatient responsibilities • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Monday through Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • 5-day work week • Approximately 90% clinical and 10% administrative responsibilities • Average patient volume: 22 patients per day • Outpatient ambulatory services only COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary: $255,000 – $290,000 • Provider bonus incentive plan • Sign-on bonus available with qualifying commitment • Relocation assistance available • Student loan repayment up to $100,000 • Medical insurance approximately $46 per paycheck • Dental and vision insurance offered • 18 vacation days • 10 paid holidays • CME: 32 hours plus $2,500 allowance • 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans • Employer-paid malpractice insurance • Licensing fees covered by employer • Life insurance • Short-term and long-term disability coverage • Flexible Spending Account available Requirements • M.D. or D.O.
