Description Family Medicine Physician | Berkshires Lifestyle | Up to $225K Full Time | Outpatient Primary Care | Community Health Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan within an established Federally Qualified Health Center. Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, wellness visits, and patient education. Develop long-term relationships with individuals and families while practicing evidence-based medicine. Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving community health outcomes. Utilize an established electronic medical record while supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff. Practice in one of New England's most desirable regions, combining meaningful medicine with exceptional quality of life. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive base salary from $195,000-$225,000.
