Family Medicine Physician – Float Pool- St. Cloud Area Flexible assignments | 4-day work week | Practice variety This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Summary Join CentraCare’s Family Medicine Float Pool and play a critical role in ensuring continuity of care across the St. Cloud market. This position offers variety and flexibility, allowing physicians to support clinics during extended provider absences while practicing outpatient Family Medicine in a four-day workweek model across multiple locations. Schedule Full-time | 0.75–1.0 FTE | St. Cloud and surrounding CentraCare clinics Day shifts | Weekdays | 4-day work week Assignments typically deployed for 8–12+ weeks Travel required between St. Cloud-area clinics Pay and Benefits Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
