Description Heartline Staffing, a Strategic Talent Partner, is recruiting a Family Medicine Physician for a mission-driven healthcare organization in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, outpatient primary care role serving patients across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment. Schedule: • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Flexible scheduling options available • On-call responsibility: one weekend every 8 weeks (with stipend) Compensation & Benefits: • Salary range: $190,000 – $230,000 annually (based on experience) • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Retirement plan: 403(b) • Student Loan Repayment: Eligible up to $75,000 • 4 weeks of vacation (accrued quarterly in year one; increases in year two) • 96 hours personal/sick time • 8 paid holidays • Malpractice insurance covered • Continuing Education: 40 hours • Relocation assistance available Responsibilities: • Provide outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan • Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness education • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes • Participate in scheduled on-call rotation (one weekend every 8 weeks) • Maintain compliance with clinical quality and documentation standards Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine • Active MD or DO license in Massachusetts (or license-eligible) • Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred • New graduates will be considered All requirements listed above are mandatory and non-negotiable.
