Schedule Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare- Melrose Four-day work week with flexibility to customize your clinical mix Typically three days in clinic and one day in the Level IV Emergency Department Additional ED shifts available for those interested; fewer ED shifts available based on provider preference Call: Weekday call approximately 1:4, providing backup coverage to APP overnight care Weekend call includes primary hospitalist responsibilities such as admissions and rounding Pay and Benefits Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. Qualifications Required: BE/BC in Family Medicine Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure Our Location - Melrose CentraCare, a leading not-for-profit health system and one of the largest providers of rural care, serves patients across Central, West Central, and Southwestern Minnesota. The campus features a Level IV trauma center and critical access hospital, a family medicine clinic, 12 private patient rooms, 14 universal outpatient rooms, 2 labor and delivery suites, 2 operating suites, a separate emergency entrance with 2 trauma bays and drive-thru ambulance garage, and advanced imaging including MRI and 3D mammography. Adjacent to the medical campus are a 75-bed long-term care facility and a 60-unit assisted living building. Outpatient services include chemotherapy, IV infusions, rehabilitation, transitional care, diabetes education, integrated behavioral health, complemented by visiting specialists and tele-stroke/STEMI collaboration with St. Cloud Hospital.
