Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA! Position Highlights: Work/Life Balance: flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 PM Full-Time Role: 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours per week seeing on average 18-20 patients per day Full supportive provider team includes: 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs Competitive Salary: starting around $270,000 and up based upon experience + quality & productivity incentives EHR: Ochin Epic Benefits: Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided. Requirements What you’ll need MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa 3 years clinical experience preferred
