POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Family Medicine role focused on relationship-based rural healthcare • Full-scope primary care opportunity serving patients across the lifespan • Community-focused practice emphasizing preventative care, chronic disease management, and behavioral health awareness • Stable nonprofit healthcare organization serving the local community for more than 40 years • Collaborative clinical environment supporting provider autonomy and continuity of care COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $240,000 – $250,000 • Student loan repayment eligibility: $50,000 – $110,000 • Pennsylvania State Loan Repayment eligibility available SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday schedule • Standard clinic hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM • One weekly late clinic shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • No weekend clinic requirements ROLE • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages • Manage preventative care and chronic medical conditions • Support behavioral health awareness and coordinated patient care • Deliver patient-centered treatment within collaborative outpatient environment • Build long-term relationships within rural community population ENVIRONMENT • Rural outpatient primary care practice • Nonprofit mission-driven healthcare organization • Community-centered clinical setting • Stable outpatient-only structure • Relationship-focused patient care environment BENEFITS • Health insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage • Dental and vision insurance • 4 weeks paid time off • 10 paid holidays • 5 CME days plus CME support • 403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer match • Student loan repayment eligibility up to $110,000 Requirements • Board Certified in Family Medicine REQUIRED • Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED • Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED • Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED • Interest in rural and community-focused medicine REQUIRED • Outpatient primary care experience preferred Not ready to formally apply?
