Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Centers in Crown Point, Indiana. COMPENSATION Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000 based on experience. HRSA student loan repayment eligible. Health insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage. Dental, vision, life insurance, and malpractice coverage. Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Promote preventive medicine and long-term wellness. Coordinate specialty referrals and ongoing patient care. Practice within a collaborative, team-based primary care environment. Utilize dedicated administrative support to maximize patient care time. WHY PHYSICIANS ARE APPLYING Outpatient-only practice with no hospital responsibilities. Predictable weekday schedule. Approximately 2-3 patients per hour. Competitive physician compensation up to $270,000. 160 hours of PTO plus 5 personal days and 10 paid holidays. 5 CME days with a $2,500 annual allowance. HRSA loan repayment eligibility. Mission-driven organization serving diverse communities. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Eligible for Indiana medical licensure. Current or eligible DEA registration. Commitment to outpatient primary care. Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
