More about our company visit: https://progressivedirections.org/ Progressive Directions, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Family Model Providers to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this unique caregiving role, you’ll provide a safe, stable, and supportive living environment while helping each person build skills, increase independence, and live a full and meaningful life. Requirements NOTICE: This position requires a criminal background check. Therefore, you may be required to provide information about your criminal history in order to be considered for this position. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Valid Tennessee, Kentucky, or Alabama driver’s license (military exceptions available). Ability to read and follow directions. Ability to communicate effectively in writing. Satisfactory criminal background check and clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to attend and pass all required training courses. Reliable transportation required. Stable home required.
