COMPENSATION Base Salary: Starting at $100,000 with higher compensation based on experience. Annual quality and productivity bonus. Additional compensation for qualifying RN experience. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000. 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages in an established community health practice. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care and wellness. Practice collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and experienced clinical support personnel. Maintain accurate documentation and deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. Participate in a quality-focused practice model with opportunities for performance-based incentives. Build lasting patient relationships while serving a mission-driven community. WHY NURSE PRACTITIONERS ARE APPLYING Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with one late clinic each week (10:00 AM-7:00 PM). No call requirements listed.
