POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient primary care role serving underserved and diverse patient populations • Opportunity to provide full-scope Family Medicine services within collaborative community healthcare setting • Structured weekday schedule with designated administrative time built into workflow • Team-based environment emphasizing continuity of care and integrated patient support • Southern New Jersey location offering access to Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore, and strong community-centered living COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 based on experience • Education loan repayment eligibility available SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday schedule • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • One late clinic day weekly • Rotating shared on-call schedule ROLE • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical history reviews • Diagnose health conditions using clinical evaluations, labs, diagnostics, and records • Develop and manage individualized patient care plans • Monitor treatment progress and therapeutic responses • Order labs, diagnostics, and specialty referrals as needed • Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations • Coordinate care plans, follow-up care, and interdisciplinary communication • Review patient records alongside collaborating physicians ENVIRONMENT • Mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization • Community-focused patient population • Structured clinical workflows and established EMR systems • Team-based collaborative care environment • Full clinical and administrative support staff provided BENEFITS • Health insurance through Amerihealth • Dental and vision insurance • 4 weeks paid vacation • 9 paid holidays annually • 2 personal days annually • 5 sick days accrued annually • 5 CE days with $2,000 annual allowance • Life insurance coverage up to 3x salary up to $250,000 • Education loan repayment eligibility • Free parking • Supplemental life, AD&D, critical illness, and accident insurance options • Long-term disability coverage • 403(b) retirement plan with employer match after one year Requirements • Master’s degree in Nursing from accredited college or university REQUIRED • Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED • Valid CDS, DEA, and CPR certification REQUIRED • Strong verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED • Experience in Family Practice or community health setting preferred • Ability to work independently within collaborative team environment REQUIRED • Bilingual Spanish preferred Not ready to formally apply?
