Description Cornerstone Family Healthcare is a patient-focused Federally Qualified Health Center located in the Hudson Valley Regions of upstate New York – just 70 miles north of New York City. We are currently searching for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help build and grow our brand-new Urgent Care in Middletown, NY. The Position: The position offers an exciting opportunity to help establish a new urgent care while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment. The provider will work as part of a two-person clinical team, delivering efficient, patient-centered care for acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespan. While Cornerstone providers collaborate closely, this role is ideal for an experienced FNP or PA who is confident practicing independently, making sound clinical decisions, and managing patient flow in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Schedule: 4 – 10-hour workdays. Site will be open Monday through Saturday. Schedule rotates each week but requires working every other Saturday.
