Learn more about the facility here: https://www.colvilletribes.com/indian-health-services Details Full-time locum/contract assignment, up to 1 year with potential extension Family Clinic / Outpatient setting (adults + pediatrics) Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends or holidays Must hold an active Washington State NP license Prior IHS, tribal, or government healthcare experience preferred Background in Family Medicine required Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients required Local candidates welcome Responsibilities As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive outpatient services, including (but not limited to): Evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients across the lifespan Health education, counseling, and preventive care Coordination of specialty referrals and follow-up care Documentation and management of patient records in the EHR Ordering/interpreting diagnostics, prescribing medications per IHS guidelines, and developing individualized care plans Participation in quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety initiatives Additional Responsibilities: There may be additional duties, and we encourage you to embrace new tasks as they arise!
