Description Heartline Staffing, a Strategic Talent Partner, is recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a mission-driven healthcare organization in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, 100% outpatient primary care role supported by a full clinical and administrative staff. Schedule: • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • On-call responsibility: one weekend every 8 weeks (with stipend) Compensation & Benefits: • Salary range: $104,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience) • On-call stipend • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Student Loan Repayment: Up to $50,000 • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $75,000 per year • Paid Time Off: 4 weeks (accrued quarterly in year one; increases in year two) • 8 paid holidays • 96 hours personal/sick time • Retirement plan: 403(b) • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability • Continuing Education: 40 hours • Company-paid life insurance • Relocation assistance • Full support staff Responsibilities: • Provide 100% outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans • Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and disease management • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care • Participate in scheduled on-call rotation (one weekend every 8 weeks) Requirements • Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care All requirements listed above are mandatory and non-negotiable.
