• Setting: Rural IHS outpatient clinic
• Scope of Practice: Primary care for all ages including women’s health
• Dates: 6 month assignment to start as soon as credentialed
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
• Volume: 12-14 per provider plus some walk-ins
• Support Staff: 3 other FNPs, 1 FP physician, 4 MAs, 4 LPNs
• Requirements: CA lic, DEA, CA Furnishing, ACLS, BLS, PALS, 3+ ys of FNP exp.
• EMR: eClinical
• Pay Rate: $90/hour. Lodging is a tiny house not far from clinic. NO PETS Travel Covered
