This is a full-time outpatient role within a nationally recognized retail healthcare model focused on accessibility, preventive care, and patient-centered outcomes. POSITION OVERVIEW The Advanced Practice Provider delivers comprehensive primary and family care in a retail clinic setting. Providers operate with autonomy while being supported by a collaborative care model, allowing focus on patient care, efficiency, and strong clinical outcomes.
